To commemorate Mason’s 35th anniversary as its own institution and the 50th anniversary from its separation from the University of Virginia. The event is open to the Mason community and the general public. There will be no fees charged.
Mason Military Outreach
Student Government found out that GMU’s Staff Senate is doing a program called MMO: Mason Military Outreach and has got involved by collecting items to send along with the items that the Staff Senate is collecting! We have a box for the items in the Student Government Office JC 133. PLEASE DONATE!!!
Needed Items: Lip Balm, Hand Sanitizer, Tissues, Handwipes, Deodorant, Shave Gel, Razors, Mouthwash, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Floss, Gum, Hard Candy, Gummy Worms, Skittles, Starburst, Beef Jerky, Gatorade, Raisins, Granola Bars, Easy Mac, Microwave popcorn, Playing Cards, Sports Magazines, CDs, DVDs, Pre-paid phone cards, Small Spiral-Bound Notebooks, Pens, White Socks, Black Boot socks, Brown and Black Shirts, Beanie Babies(given to children)
Gold Rush 07-08
In an attempt to build Mason pride and unity across campus and the community, Student Government has created the GOLD RUSH. Our goal is to pack the entire Patriot Center with all 10,000+ fans wearing GOLD RUSH shirts to EVERY MASON HOME GAME. This is the start of a new tradition on campus.
