After each election cycle, the EDC is required to write up an election report and present it to the Senate. This report includes an outline of the election process, advertising details, an account of any grievances, and suggestions on how to move forward. This process is outlined in the following section of the Student Government Code, Title VI: Elections & Voting, Chapter 2: Election & Dispute Commission:

§ 210 Reporting

  1. The Commission shall report to the Senate or to the President upon request;
  2. Within two weeks following an election, the Commission shall submit a written report to the Senate assessing the operations of the election. The report shall include conclusions on the effectiveness of election regulations, and recommendations on ways to improve electoral administration.
